I need to know about my kid insurance

I try to call to customer service to check my kid insurance due to my kid going to dental exam at Nova family dental at Fairfax and the nurses said stop accept Aetna insurance. So I would like to know the reason why? They didnt accept my kid card. User's recommendation: Thank you for kindly help.
