Bad service in sells

We went to Waterstone and the seller Joann Derosa was very rude. She didnt show us one house that she has for sale and in a sarcastic way , asked us are you going to buy it? , and of course we were there to see options to buy. I think she should learn about customer service. Honestly, I wouldnt buy anything from her ever.
