Tried to cancel by phone and on computer with no luck so guess this email will have to do.Very dismayed this has been a frustrating and lengthy process..I could've just said forget it but was trying to be considerate so seat would be given to someone else. Apparently a credit wont be given to me but wish I had better experience with you as a United member.In any event I'm cancelling tomorrows flight from Key West to Tampa,my conf# isFLDVGI.
