Update by user Mar 21, 2021 First I disputed the charge on my credit card, but after their investigation they reapplied it to my account. I returned the device. Then I called NECK RELAX. Customer Service (ha) referred me to their Dispute Department. I STILL have not received a refund. I am PISSED!! Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2021 It took almost two months for me to receive my Neck Relax. It came with limited instructions and was of no use what so ever...and I have returned it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because there is no email or phone number for returns. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS!!
