I booked an urgent courier through their Priority Overnight Service from Dehradun to Delhi, a distance of 265 kms. The package was handed over to them at 5 p.m on 16/8/2021 and till 5.30 pm it has not been delivered to address at Delhi. A normal courier service would deliver by noon the next day User's recommendation: 1. Not reliable 2. Expensive. 3. It is not a express service as claimed by them.
