A sham. so many problems. and they want to charge $1 to get an answer from an “Expert”. Unbelievable

So many complaints about this business. Too many to list. From day one not able to access my account, no info on website about how to contact them for help. on and on. charging $1 to get an expert to quickly answer my question about how to close my account? What planet are they on? User's recommendation: Don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
