Never received my clothes I purchased

I called and they told me to call the delivery service and ask them cause it could have been a mistake, I called them and it was delivered to my address. I also asked neighbors and nothing. I called and told Dresslily and still nothing has been done about it. There's too much back and forth. I really would have liked either more clothes or a refund.
