Its an emergency that I need tech support for my modem TODAY. I cannot wait until Monday for a rep to come to my house. Thats six days without internet and I have zoom meetings and other internet commitments for church on Sunday. Also, my Nest thermostat is linked to the internet and I cant control its settings. Help! Only automated responses. Never a human. Frustrating. Repetitious questions. User's recommendation: Don’t expect anything too soon.
