After less than two years, our mattress is like trench. It's supposed to have a 10 year warranty and in this condition I'm not sure we could even give it away for free. We've abandoned our master bedroom and are now sleeping in other areas of our house. From all angles, it looks like they sold us a *** mattress and are offering miniscule discounts to get us to come in and spend another fortune. No thanks! User's recommendation: Never buy a mattress from here if you expect it to last or be covered under warranty.
