Constantly deactivating while I’m watching

I pay on time and I get about 10 minutes of uninterrupted tv before I get a message saying deactivate someone else is watching I have the multiple tv package and its on myself and my son but it happens while we are watching the same screen. Im done you guys have stolen enough of my money User's recommendation: Scam rip off.
