Cancelled flight – no refund updates

My flight, booked via Travelgenio, had been canceled because of the pandemic. I have requested for a refund 2 months ago but until today, I haven't received any updates. Since it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact Travelgenio, I'd like to hear more updates about my refund request. My booking ref. WFCWRE - 321512****14
