No receipt and consistent mistakes

Why don't you get a receipt showing your charges when going through the drive through? Not only are errors made but I have been short changed when paying on a few occasions. Seems odd you have to request one. Not to mention all the problems folks have with credit card theft. I love the food there but the over charges happen to often and could easily be fixed by providing a receipt User's recommendation: Order online and know what you pay for.
