Don’t honour their refunds

I had a faulty microwave and phone set. Customer services said there would be no problem in returning them to the store for an exchange. The shop manager said NO, he doesn't have to honour what customer services says. The shop is different from customer services and that's that. I was force to purchase replacement goods at cost price. User's recommendation: Help your customers for real, instead of empty words.
