Useless and fraud

I send parcel to Poland been return with no reason they took £20 and they didnt even help to send refund then they took extra money from my PayPal account without my permission I did report unauthorised transaction I also ask you to clause my account this a scam and fraud please ppl DO NOT USE this website they are useless and just wanted to take money any ways User's recommendation: DO NOT USE this website.
