The published contact number 0844 880 **** is not working. Hence no way to talk to them for help. I sent parcel through the company and they sent it through UPS as carrier. Now the parcel is missing. I called UPS, they could not find the parcel. They advised me to contact parcelhero but its been a very frustrating effort for me to get parcelhero to resolve it. User's recommendation: Avoid this company.
