Poor service; complete lack of compassion (July 2021)

ParcelHero advertised a one-day courier service from London to Spain. I selected, arranged and paid £60 for this - 15 days ago now. My parcel is supposedly stopped in Barcelona. Reason unknown. ParcelHero referred me to the carrier, TNT. TNT referred me to ParcelHero. The contents of my parcel are perishable and are now inedible. No one will help. User's recommendation: I do not recommend ParcelHero or TNT.
