I was quoted a price of $133.00 for 3 bedrooms - 2 hallways and 13 steps when order was placed. Technician came out today looked around and then stated that all they could do for price that was quoted was just clean carpet but no stains could be removed. For stain removal there would be an additional fee of $288.00 that was not acceptable to me and then tech said they could play recording of original conversation and if it was not explained to me correctly then they would do job for original fee, Of course I never heard recording it could not be found at that time. When they were leaving I asked for their names and they kept walking got in their vehicle which has New York tags and sped away. Please Please Please do not use this company
