Keeps saying 310 degrees on the display and will not start heating.. trying to smoke ribs . I guess I will put in the oven . Emailing is not as fast as a phone call! User's recommendation: Buy another brand. I have only used this smoker about 4 or 5 times over the last few years I’ve owned.
