Hightowne Fandilier

We are looking to purchase the Patriot Lighting Hightowne II 24" Chrome LED Fandelier Model Number: 30996-MNDC Menards SKU: 355**** and see that it comes with a remote control and receiver. We are looking to install in the kitchen of our home and I would like to switch it to a wall switch control instead of the remote control. Do you suggest a wall switch with receiver or wall switch that will let me have the independent control of the fan and light, speed of the fan? Also, are the lights dimmable on the Hightowne?
