ONCOR YOUR SERVICE IS ABHORRENT! Did this storm sneak up on you? Didnt anyone tell you people about this FRIGID WEATHER?? Total surprise? Walmart was better prepared!! Given a choice, I would leave you in a fast second. INEXCUSABLE. Youve forced seniors in assisted living to EVACUATE THEIR HOMES BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT PREPARED! SHAME ON YOU! User's recommendation: Given a choice...DONT CHOOSE ONCOR!
