We have been of heat since 3am Sunday Night /morning . I have been calling and I get a recording saying that the electricity will be turned on for 15 minutes then turned off for three hours then turned on for 15 minutes. Our apartment complex has had zero heat and electricity. It has not cut on at all !!! I am old and disabled and cant use my Breathing machine and My Heart is frozen and hurting ! I cant heat up food and I am also an Diabetic. I have 3 Grandchildren with me . I cant even find a way to get in touch with a human to even find out any information. I know I am not the only one suffering but there are to be something that can be done. Youre recording promises 15 minutes on and then three hours off and then 15 minutes on. And again we have had no electricity at all since 3 AM Sunday morning.
