On 2/15/2021 Dallas Tx experienced the coldest single digit temperatures this area has seen since 1949. Our electric supplier (not electric company) Oncor Electric decided to start rolling outages to save the grid. These outages affected residential homes and families. Oncor said on their customer service line that the outages would be rolling and last 15-60 minutes. The outages were not rolling. There was certain portions of the city that were never without power and then there were portions of the city that was allowed 2 hour of power and then shut the power off for 7 hours. Plumbing is popping. People are dying and you can not get a customer service person from Oncor on the phone. A class action law suit needs to be filed.
