Transformer and service

Power was restored yesterday after 3days, although my lights kept flickering a lot and would get really bright then dime. The power turned back off around 5am today. Oncor App has said it's been restored several times since then, but I still have no electricity. I believe there is something wrong with the power line for my street. Everyone around me has power except my street.
