Called 2 times Lazada Customer Care incharge reg s query, first one in midway start posing my call is not going through and he is not able to hear me. Again called, 2nd one gone missing midway
If CC incharge doesn't want to entertain calls and resolve the query, they need to be fired! Two times I called Lazada CC, 1st CC incharge, started posing midway as he couldn't hearout my voice. 2nd CC incharge didn't even asked my full query and went on missing, that I had to put down after waiting her for 5 mins. Ridiculous and quite bad services!
