I just ordered a pair of shoes and there is no warranty

I have ordered a new pair of shoes for my niece and after payment I realized it's stated as no warranty! What does this mean? What if the size don't fit or the item color or design or quality is not what i want Or not the same? Can I return and get a refund or change for another option. Thank you Shenko
