Help with the app

I need help with the app. It is all written in Chinese and I can't read it. I don't know how to change the language. I'm trying to set up the app on my phone so that I can make payments on my new credit card through the app. Can I please have somebody call me on the phone to help me, thank you. (208) 940-****.
