After weeks on a wait list I finally was given a June 21st appointment. The next call I received was 3 days ago telling me that my appointment had to be canceled because it was not available because there was a conflict with another appointment. This was after weeks on a wait list and another several weeks of believing I had an appointment. User's recommendation: Do not believe it when told you have an appointment.
