Update by user Jun 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Email sent to the CEO of Harley, the owner, the general manager, and my local news station. Within 24 hours the news called me and 45 mins later Hannums called me stating that all monies will be refunded. Money refunded with 48 hours..
