I contact or rejecting me for a repair of a convection oven / microwave oven. Long story short it is now towards the end of July and I still haven't resolved this issue. Their technician failed to show up on multiple occasions, and now that they did show up and determine the system unrepairable, total protect is bouncing me around and not repairing or replacing the appliance. At first they said they were awaiting a report from the technician, however when they contacted the technician and verified with total protects authorizations and determined the appliance need to be replaced, they still have not move forward on the replacement. needless to say once this issue is resolved I will drop totalprotect. This is totally unacceptable. ridiculous. ridiculous. appliance needs User's recommendation: Don't use this company. Get another Home Warranty company or just contract technicians yourself.
