Poor customer service. They hold your money

I entered the wrong name of the receiver. I have been trying to correct it but was not able to get in touch with someone. Just robot who answers the ph and give you the run arounds. So I ended up sending again(new transaction)with the right spelling and tried to get refunded for the other one. There is no one to help with any transactions and their customer service(the robot) puts you on hold forever... Im still waiting User's recommendation: Use western union, double check spelling.
