I am not able to do any of my assignments

I have tried to contact the customer service department but no one is answering at the first and when someone finally answered the call the lady told me that my problem will be solved in 2/3 days because I am losing my marks and if Im losing then i will fail the course and she also said she is going to call me back but Im still struggling.
