Massage Envy keeps charging me for a contract I ended months ago.

I moved a couple hours away from the closest Massage Envy so I called to terminate my contract that I paid $65 a month for. The next month they still charged me. I called and reminded them that I had terminated my contract. They reimbursed me. Now they have charged me again! How hard is it to put in the computer that my contract is terminated?!
