I purchased this 1 sale which rewards us 36 scratchers, 1404 VIP point and free 4 holiday quest cue pieces. From my end, the money was deducted from my account, but the rewards I haven't received yet! Either you refund the amount or provide me the rewards which I purchased for. Thanks in advance, Hope I will get a reply!
