for some reason, my original complaint i just posted 1/2 day ago cant be found?? very strange, typical how the Appleton steinhafels operates!!! i missed adding to my original complaint about the lying sales manager, i had asked him to send me to another manager because i wasnt getting anywhere with this first one, and he said flat out, I will not get you another manager because he will tell you the same thing I am!! Never connected me to another, maybe more honest person, i hung up on him. next step i guess is connecting with the Better Business Bureau! i wonder if this post will ever make it to the general public, or if Steinhafels will bury it someplace?
