They no longer have PT in the Staten Island location and waited until a week of my appointment to tell me they no longer offer that service. They don't have Neurology or ortho. The call center is in Florida and can only leave messages to the doctor. This is ridiculous. It changed so much from when it was originally called the HIP center. I am changing providers at this point. User's recommendation: Research where you can receive best of care if you are looking for a clinic with everything.
