I cant get cup to dislodge from base

I called up 4 help, but guy couldn't help me dislodge the cup from.base. he said I'd just have to buy a new one, which I didn't expect to have to do, but he told me other was garbage, so I had to buy a new bullet. Bit he didnt have mini, so i had to get next size.
