Bluetooth and Android

3

Update by user Mar 25, 2021 Oticon support worked with me and my audiologist but could not fix the issue. I was told by support that Oticon More hearing aids have no sound surges with Bluetooth on iPhones but they haven't been able to fix the sound fluctuations (whooshing noise) with Bluetooth on Android. I was told it is basically unfixable. If I receive any sort of notifications from the phone (even if set to silent) the sound will drop momentarily. If you get a lot of messages and emails like I do that is a huge annoyance. Basically the Oticon More hearing aids are unusable with a Samsung Galaxy. I returned them. If they ever manage to fix this I will buy them. Original review posted by user Feb 23, 2021 It's been months now and Oticon has been unable to fix sound fluctuating in and out if Oticon More hearing aids are connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy 10+. This makes Bluetooth connection useless as the whooshing on and off is unbearable. I have to keep the hearing aids disconnected. Also if connected to phone voices and music is very tinny and lacking in rich sound.
