I placed an order with you June 30th of 2021 for a swimming pool for my grandchildren I have yet to see the pool show up at my house evidently it made it to the states and got lost in the mail I want

Why do I have to wait for something you guys did wrong this was a birthday present to my grandsons and I'm still waiting for it to show up that's not my responsibility you as a company should be liable for anything that happens to my swimming pool that was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago you need to send what I paid for
