On 6-19-2019 we purchased Kitchen Cabinets from Cabinets To Go. Model Sienna Rope. The sales person told us that they were guaranteed against manufacture defects. The Model looked great in the store, so we did not open the boxes to assemble until we had torn out the old cabinets. READ THE WARRANTY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! IT IS WORTHLESS! The warranty states that you are to open the boxes before assembling and inspect the cabinets. If they are defective, you are to seal up the box and return to the store. So we have no kitchen cabinets and it takes 2 weeks to get in replacement cabinets. The kitchen doors look like they glued pallets together and ran them through a planer. The stain is very splotchy, inconsistent, has runs and splatters. The wood is very soft and scratches easily. Filed a complaint with pictures and requested they replace most of the doors and draw fronts. They told me there was no guarantee the replacement doors would be any better. They only replaced a few. Told me some were on back order and would ship separately. Had to keep calling them to get the back order shipped. We paid over $7,000 for junkie cabinets in our dream kitchen. User's recommendation: POOR QUALITY,WARRANTY,CUSTOMER SERVICE.
