Can’t get a card to work I bought

I purchase some prepaid to prepaid debit cards I can't get it to work I tried calling to talk to someone. I tried calling actual store in Florida where I got them their number is disconnected. I don't know what else do I need to find a way to get access to the money I tried to put on these cards.
