Long hours of aggravation and failed attempts to reach anyone last week they just shipped again. They are changing my credit card a second time twice and I have to do it all over again. This is fraud at it's worst. No one deserves this kind of aggravation when trying to purchase a product. User's recommendation: Thane USA has multiple numbers that have no one to answer the phone or are disconnected. They finally cancelled my order last week. It was already at the shipping canter. I just received an email that my order has shipped. They have my cc information and will bill my cc. They are literally making me sick.
