I am being billed for Premium, do not have Premium, therefore cannot cancel
I am been getting billed for Premium for months, but do not have Premium, and cannot cancel the monthly charge because the Linkedin app says I do not have Premium. I emailed and called customer service, met with acknowledgement of request receipt, email saying case closed, and all calls dead ends. About to close my page. Can you please help?
