I ordered a 3 seater sofa from pepper fry by paying more than 21K, thinking that it will be a quality product. But with in 2 months it's hand rest is broken and the lower support is broken. They are claiming that there are 12 months warranty on every product. When I contacted the customer care for the service, I am not getting any response from them. I feel I am cheated by paying this much money to buy a cheap product from them. User's recommendation: Never go with Pepper Fry.
