I placed my order for my case over 5 weeks ago and it still hasnt even been dispatched! I ordered my iPad from QVC bcos I got a free case and apps. Id not have bothered if I was never going to get the case. I appreciate its free and wont take priority but I wanted a matching iPhone case as well but not if it takes this long. They dont make it easy to contact them either which is always worrying User's recommendation: I can’t really comment if you’ve paid for it as I imagine it might be quicker but if you have a voucher you will have to wait a while until you can protect your iPad etc.
