Totally disappointed in Shoppers!!!
I have been a customer of Shoppers for over 50 years (various locations) but today (and other times) I left totally frustrated and contemplating changes drugstores I called a prescription in Saturday. I have been in twice but apparently my Dr. has once again not replied back. So here I am a 69 year old, having to make two trips (during Covid) and coming out empty handed. I have clearly been on this medication for over 40 years and it is one that you are not to miss a doze, but no they wouldnt extend a couple to tide over, unless of course you pay the gouging fee of $15, which most seniors dont have extra of. This happened before and a new solution/exception has to be made available. Then I stopped at a register with my receipt that I was I overcharged on (again) from Saturday, where I spent over $125 but no..... they wont refund you even when you clearly have your receipt right there unless you haul the products back in when they are clearly on your damn receipt. This is complete *** and more gouging of your customers!!! I am appalled at my experience today and other times as well. User's recommendation: Think twice!!!
