We cancelled our reservation because we did not want to go to a Level 4 country. We have not received our refund yet and we purchased insurance. They also said we could use the Delta airlines credit. Delta said it was not set up to use and we need to contact Sandals. Lots of run around and lots of hold time on phone. Don't book with Sandals!!!!C User's recommendation: Don't go with Sandals! Lots of commercials about service but they screwed us over !
