Promised a call back to resolve my issue and never called back. My vacation is now over and I was not able to get ahold of them to reschedule the date before my vacation ended

My phone call was never returned after trying to speak to a supervisor about switching my reservation day due to a medical emergency. Now my vacation is over and I am out $300 because I was not contacted back after being promised on a recorded line that a supervisor would call me back before the end of the day to make these changes and plans. User's recommendation: Do NOT buy tickets ahead of time because if your child get sick you’re out hundreds of dollars and they will keep you on hold for days on purpose.
