For the past couple weeks I have been getting the following error when Norton 360 tries to update. Now my wife is also getting it on her machine. What is the problem. Norton Live Update Error updating product We were unable to update the product because we could not shut down all the drivers. As a result your Norton product is not running. To ensure protection, please restart your computer, which will apply the patch and restart your Norton product. There is a restart button at the lower right of the screen. Can you help resolve?
