Rebate card

*SOLVED

I haven't had anyone reach out to me regarding my issue with my virtual rebate card which is not being accepted anywhere that I try to use it. I asked for it to be replaced with a physical card but as of today no one has reached out nor have I received physical card. User's recommendation: Request the option to receive a physical card, not a virtual one.
