Your rewards program is a complete mess. I am having so much trouble submitting for a reward. Its torture basically. As if submitting it online isnt enough you need the same items snail mailed. Its 2021, no one should need to mail whats already obvious when submitting online. Ive already switched to Bausch and Lomb and had a gift card in 2 weeks, no mail needed. Switching my entire family to B&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;L. case: #0570****. As if its not enough I paid over $700 for need to be hassled to get a reward.
